Just to show I have been busy lately ! One is a 7 footer with a fabric inlay . The other is a 9'2" with a rolled bottom to v with a concave in the nose and some posca artwork .

9'6 Pig

Sorry for no updates recently i currently have all my gear packed up as i have nowhere to build boards but now that the days are getting longer hopefully i will have a place to shape.Here's a few photo's of my 9'6" Pig, It has 2 layers of 6oz top and bottom and a glassed on single fin. I've managed to have a couple of surfs on it and i'm really loving it.

8'6" Magic carpet Log For sale

Ok so The Magic carpet is up for sale ! It's 8'6" Very flat nose rocker with a slight nose concave. It also has a fabric inlay on the nose and a lot of tail rocker.

6'4" nugget

Ok in case you don't know I have decided to name the shape of the these boards nugget after a mate that passed away a few years back in whistler( stroll down to an older post to read the story about nugget). As nugget lived whistler I have decided. To draw the Whistler Blackcomb trail map on the board ! So what does everyone think ??

Well it's been a busy long weekend! I've managed to shape Nugget a 6'4" board for myself then laminate the bottom of Nugget and a 8'6" board i am making. The 8'6" has some serious tail rocker and a flat nose with a concave. I have done a dark blue tint on the 8'6" and was going to do the whole board blue but had some fabric sitting around that i am using to make some fins and decided to do a fabric inlay on the nose, looks pretty sweet!!

Well started work today on a new board for myself it's a 6'4" 21 1/2 by 2 5/8 thick.

I have decided to name the board nugget after a  mate that passed away a few years back. Much like nugget this board is short and wide up top in the chest area. 

Nugget was an Aussie i worked with at Whistler Glass,  we became great mates and in summer Nugget , Steve and I spent most afternoons after work in the bike park riding our downhill bikes till the park closed followed by beers in the village.

It came as a shock when Nugget passed away 3 years back in whistler after I had returned to Australia.. He died from a heart problem when he was going to bed he was in his early thirties and a year older then me at the time. He was loving life and had been in Whistler for a few years living the dream. Nugget was from Queensland and enjoyed a surf and i often caught him on the net in Whistler checking the surf cams.

8'6" mini log

The long weekend means more time to finish off this bad boy an 8'6" mini log with alot of tail rocker and a flat nose. Also time to finish a 9'2" log that I have just started shaping. Both will be up for sale once they are done and i have had a surf, so if your interested let me know.

Well things have been getting messy lately ! Izaac is keen to pick up his board this weekend, it's turned out pretty sweet !

Fiberglass fins

Well been busy trying to make some fiberglass fins of late. I've been laying up 40 layers of cloth to make some 10 inch glass on fins and some 8 inch fin box style fins. I mix up the resin 100ml at a time which helps lay up about 5 layers at a time. I have some cloth patterns to add to a few more fins that i'm going to build.

Have slowly been working on my new board, it's 9'6" with a slight nose concave to a rolled bottom.
It has a green resin pigment and will have 2 pigment stripes added by the weekend. Hoping to have it finished by the long weekend along with Izaac's board.
